I wanted to talk to you about the cure for snoring because I know that a lot of people struggle with this problem. The real issue here is that there is absolutely no conventional wisdom on what can be done about the problem. For other problems in your life, you generally have an idea of what you need to do to fix it. If you’re overweight, you know that you have to exercise and eat better if you want to lose that weight. That’s something that you learned from society and that is what I like to call conventional wisdom. But this type of wisdom is completely non-existent for a problem like this. I’m going to show you the cure for snoring, so you can fix this once and for all.
Now that you have a general idea of why you’re not actually taking any steps to fix this problem, I’m going to show you what produces the sounds. Typically your throat will vibrate normally. It happens even when you’re awake, but it just isn’t that loud. When you go to sleep, you actually put pressure on the throat and that leads to much more violent vibration that produces sound. The reason the pressure goes on your throat is due to the position of your jaw.
The cure for snoring is a chin strap. It holds up your jaw as you sleep and prevents you from producing any sort of sounds while you sleep. It takes the pressure off the throat and works great.
