Sleep Panic attack is the most dangerous symptom for most of us. During the attack, we cannot control our body and therefore we cannot fight them. So, how do we overcome it?

According to the research, it stated that, more than fifty percentages of people who have panic attack, will also suffers from nocturnal attack. But just only ten percentages of this group of people, will suffer from sleep panic attack at night. Dreams are not the real cause of Sleep panic attack and neither nightmare. Nightmare usually happens at the second phase of the sleeping process. This is why most of us can still remember part of our dream.

What cause Sleep panic attack?. It is still a mystery. None of the researcher can fully explain or understand how its happen.

Today, I will give you Three handy hints to help you eliminated this disorder.

First of all, the activities that you did last, is one of the major factors that could lead to nocturnal panic attack. You have to control your mind and body. Relaxation is the key. By doing some exercises or even work less in a day could really help your body to relax. You have to decrease the anxiety level you have. This could mean stop drinking or even stop working too hard. Take a break and go out for walk for an hour or two.

Secondly, find someone to talk with. You need a person who you can talk to. This could be anyone from psychologist, family, friends, etc. Express all the feeling you have and anything you want. Get that bad feeling out of your body. Reduce your anxiety and everything will be better.

Thirdly, you need to keep finding ways to heal yourself from this symptom. Stop saying that “you don’t have free time”, or even “you have too many works to do”. You have to find some free times to treat your mind and body.

It is this simple.
