The Intelligent Snoring Solution
Posted by admin in Prescription Sleep Medicine on September 06th, 2009
I want to talk to you about the intelligent snoring solution that you could be using to help fix this problem. It seems like this is a much bigger problem than it was a generation ago. It appears that some people have inherited their parents snoring problem and others have picked up on it. It is also important to note that females never really had a problem with this, but they do today. What makes me upset about this whole thing is that no one actually seeks out a solution. They’ll go their entire lives without actually putting more than a few minutes of thought into it. That is why I want to show you the intelligent snoring solution.
This problem is actually quite easy to understand. The first thing to pick up on this is that it only occurs when you’re asleep, so something happens when you go to bed. The other thing you should know is that the sound is actually produced in the throat area, so the obvious change happens in the throat. Over the last few years science has been able to prove it is the jaw that creates the problem. It becomes loose when you go to sleep and that puts pressure on the throat.
The intelligent snoring solution is a device known as the chin strap. Basically it wraps around your head and holds your jaw off as you sleep. It is the sport of the jaw that leads to the throat expanding in size and hence stops you from snoring.
